1. Eligibility and account access
You may use Own ID to access Own Studio games and projects if you follow these Terms and applicable laws.
2. Account security
You are responsible for access to your email inbox and for activity performed from your account sessions.
If you suspect unauthorized access, sign out unknown devices and contact support immediately.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse OTP delivery, automation, or anti-spam protections.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, impersonation, fraud, or bypass of security controls.
- Do not use Own ID to violate game rules, moderation rules, or platform safety policies.
4. Enforcement and moderation
Own Studio may apply temporary or permanent restrictions (account or IP) when abuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.
Moderation actions can include session revocation, OTP blocking, and access removal from services.
5. Service availability
Own ID may evolve over time. Features can be added, changed, limited, or discontinued for security and operational reasons.
6. Third-party providers
Own ID relies on third-party infrastructure (for example email delivery). Their temporary failures may impact service availability.
7. Account deletion
You can request account deletion from your dashboard. A confirmation email is required before deletion is scheduled.
After confirmation, deletion is delayed for 30 days. Reconnecting before deadline cancels deletion.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
Own ID is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, Own Studio limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms over time. Continued use of Own ID after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
